After Mass, at approximately 1 p.m., all who are marching in the parade will line up on State Street behind the church. The family friendly parade features the various “Irish Clans” of Belle Plaine, the 2023 Queen and Princess, the 2023 Irish Lads and the 2024 Irish Lads, all led by Grand Marshals Bill and Lynette McCue. In order to be grand marshal of the parade in Belle Plaine, you have to be 100% Irish.
